Join PMAR Friday, April 19th, to honor 2019 First Citizen Ron Herndon. As the Director of Albina Head Start since 1975 and President and Board Chair of the National Head Start Association from 1991-2013, Herndon has provided leadership and support to Head Start programs across the nation including advocating for 900,000 low-income children and families.
We will also be honoring 2019 PMAR Realtor® Good Neighbor recipient Shelly Brown and 2019 Future First Citizen Isabella Mounsey.
